-Trained new artists the matte painting pipeline and teach them basic Nuke skills, so that they can be independent in pulling their plates for painting, and exporting it back for comp

-Set up matte painting projections using 3D cameras and provided geo for comp

-Attended production meetings and helped producers and VFX supervisors with bidding matte painting shots

-Responsible for assigning shots to matte painters, and making sure their work loads are spread equally and efficiently in order to meet show deadlines

-Assessed incoming dmp work and worked with production to hire new matte painters as needed
